[5.10][sched]introduce CPUTIME_SIBIDLE_TASK · Pull Request !2834 · anolis/cloud-kernel

As acpu uses rq_clock() as clock source to account sibidle time,
    irq time will be accounted into sibidle time. However, in some
    scenarios, sibidle sum will be much larger than exec runtime, e.g.,
    we observed that sibidle time of task calling futex_wake() is 50%
    larger than exec runtime, which is confusing.
    
    We introduce cpustat[CPUTIME_SIBIDLE_TASK] to account the time
    that a task is actually running while the SMT siblings are idle,
    using rq_clock_task() as clock source. Similarly, we introduce
    cpustat[CPUTIME_FORCEIDLE_TASK] to account the time that a task is
    actually running while the SMT siblings are forced idle, using
    rq_clock_task() as clock source.

    And for ht aware quota, the sibidle_delta_task * ratio will be
    accounted to the task's cfs_rq_runtime, rather than sibidle_delta.

     - task level: /proc/$pid/sched,
         row core_forceidle_task_sum,
         row core_sibidle_task_sum.
     - cgroup level: /sys/fs/cgroup/$cg/cpu.stat,
         row core_sched.force_idle_task_usec
         row sibidle_task_usec.
