arm64 to aarch64交叉编译

三、测试步骤：
按照https://gitee.com/ascend/samples/tree/master/cplusplus/level2_simple_inference/1_classification/resnet50_imagenet_classification#%E7%8E%AF%E5%A2%83%E8%A6%81%E6%B1%82
成功在Ubuntu上编译了

运行 cmake ../../../src -DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=aarch64-mix210-linux-g++ -DCMAKE_SKIP_RPATH=TRUE后

在板子运行端运行，出现错误：
