Exception: acl.media.dvpp_create_channel failed ret_int=500000

一、问题现象（附报错日志上下文）：
按照步骤执行/inference/modelInference/sampleYOLOV7NMSONNX，最后 bash sample_run.sh 报错

二、软件版本:
-- CANN 版本 (Ascend-cann-toolkit_7.0.0.alpha002_linux-x86_64):  
--Python 版本 (Python 3.9.0):
--操作系统版本 (Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS):

三、测试步骤：
模型转化成om，执行bash sample.sh 报错

四、日志信息:
