Workbench v0.2.0 发布。

**新增**：UAC 提权结束进程（普通 kill 失败时的管理员重试，受保护进程白名单前置校验）；主题分享链接（#theme= 导入，fail-closed 校验）；总览新增 Timeline 与 Board 两种布局；成本账本迁移 SQLite（10 万条 246ms 聚合）；开机自启（真实 OS 注册）；内联页面状态（骨架屏/错误重试/可操作空态）；独立主题编辑器（内置主题编辑自动复制）。

**移除**：Agent 对话模块（AI 聊天+工具审批执行，与专职页面功能重复；AI 会话成本计量不受影响）。

**资产**：Windows 安装器 Workbench_0.2.0_x64-setup.exe；Linux 本版本暂无安装包（可源码构建或沿用 0.1.1）。
