feat: add OrcaRouter as a chat platform · Pull Request !287 · dromara/northstar

[OrcaRouter](https://www.orcarouter.ai) is an OpenAI-compatible LLM routing gateway. This PR adds OrcaRouter as a named chat platform in the northstar copilot, mirroring the existing OpenAI/DeepSeek/Kimi integrations.

It also runs gateway-level, zero-trust security for AI agents on the same endpoint — screening every prompt/response and governing every tool call on a default-deny basis, with no application code changes.

## Changes
- **`OrcaRouterConfig`** (new): extends `OpenAiConfig` with `apiHost = https://api.orcarouter.ai/` and `chatCompletionUrl = v1/chat/completions`.
- **`OrcaRouterChatService`** (new): extends `OpenAiChatService` (OpenAI-compatible request path), returns `PlatformType.ORCA_ROUTER`.
- **`OpenAiChatService`**: add a `protected` constructor accepting an `OpenAiConfig` so subclasses can reuse the OpenAI-compatible logic with their own config (existing public constructor unchanged).
- **`PlatformType`**: add `ORCA_ROUTER("orcarouter")`.
- **`Configuration`**: add `orcaRouterConfig` field.
- **`AiService.createChatService`**: wire the `ORCA_ROUTER` case.
- **`CopilotConfig`**: add `copilot.orcarouter.apiKey` bean creating `OrcaRouterChatService`, mirroring the DeepSeek/Kimi beans.
- **`README.md`**: mention OrcaRouter in the AI assistant provider list.

## Verification
- `mvn compile -pl northstar-copilot -am` (JDK 25): **0 errors**; `OrcaRouterConfig.class`, `OrcaRouterChatService.class` and updated `PlatformType.class` all compile.
- Live test mirroring the chat path (model `orcarouter/auto`, `https://api.orcarouter.ai/v1/chat/completions`): HTTP 200, valid completion.
