## NEU eCode Android 5.32

Release-facing polish and Cloudflare-gated update flow.

### Highlights

- Added Cloudflare Worker / R2 backed update checks and gated APK download flow.
- Default helper endpoint is now `https://echelp.exploith.com`.
- Added a mandatory user agreement and disclaimer checkbox before native login.
- Added in-app agreement/disclaimer content covering non-official status, account responsibility, protocol compatibility data handling, and user-side packet capture / reverse-engineering responsibility.
- Completed **About** dialog on the Personal screen.
- Completed **Clear cache** action while preserving login cookies, encrypted long-term login credentials, and runtime protocol config.
- Added FileProvider-based APK install handoff for app updates.
- Added Chinese-first public README plus English README link.
- Switched the public repository license to Apache License 2.0.

### Verification

- `./gradlew :app:assembleDebug :app:testDebugUnitTest` passed on the final cleaned public history.
- Public repository history was rewritten to a clean single public root commit before recreating this release.

### Notes
