###2、 Introduction to System Functions and Content
####（1） Product signing function
After signing a tripartite regulatory agreement with our bank, the education and training institution will handle regulatory account signing for customers through our bank's imaging front-end system, and the backend will provide contract management services.
####（2） Product termination function
The fund supervision agreement specifies the supervision period, expires, and the frozen fund balance in the supervision account is zero, indicating that the training institution has completed all pre paid services and processed the termination of the supervision account for customers through our bank's imaging front-end system. The backend provides termination and related data processing services.
####（3） Payment process mode
After the student/parent deposits the course tuition fees through the National Off campus Education and Training Supervision and Service Comprehensive Platform, the payment result is successfully returned. After receiving the pre payment funds, our bank will include them in the supervision and provide the student/parent with inquiry through the National Off campus Education and Training Supervision and Service Comprehensive Platform.
####（4） One lesson, one sales
Students/parents confirm their attendance on courses through the National Off campus Education and Training Supervision and Service Comprehensive Platform. On T+1, the platform sends corresponding fund transfer instructions to the bank where the regulatory account is located. Our bank's system automatically completes the process of releasing the corresponding funds from supervision and transferring funds to the outside world based on the instructions.
####（5） Refund
Students/parents apply for a refund through the National Off campus Education and Training Supervision and Service Comprehensive Platform, and the education and training institution will use their own funds for the refund. After the refund is confirmed by the parents on the National Off campus Education and Training Supervision and Service Comprehensive Platform, the platform will initiate corresponding fund transfer instructions to our system. Our bank will automatically release the corresponding fund supervision according to the instructions and transfer the funds to the general settlement account of the education and training institution.
####（6） Deposit deposit
Training institutions deposit a specified amount of deposit through the National Off campus Education and Training Supervision and Service Comprehensive Platform. After receiving the deposit funds, our bank will be included in the supervision and provide training institutions with access to the National Off campus Education and Training Supervision and Service Comprehensive Platform.
####（7） Margin unfreezing
After the training institution releases the deposit through the National Off campus Education and Training Supervision and Service Comprehensive Platform, our bank will release the corresponding funds from supervision and transfer them to the general settlement account of the training institution upon receiving instructions.
####（8） Regulatory account query
Provide a comprehensive platform for the supervision and service of off campus education and training nationwide to verify the authenticity of regulatory accounts reported by regulated institutions.
####（9） Regulatory account balance query
Provide a comprehensive platform for the supervision and service of off campus education and training nationwide to query the balance of regulatory accounts and margin accounts reported by regulated institutions.
####（10） Historical Details of Regulatory Accounts
Provide a comprehensive platform for the supervision and service of off campus education and training nationwide to query the historical transaction details of regulatory accounts and margin accounts reported by regulated institutions.
####（11） Query of regulatory fund transfer results
Provide real-time query of the processing results of regulatory account fund transfer scenarios to the national comprehensive platform for supervision and service of off campus education and training.
####（12） Notice of Fund Transfer Reconciliation Document
Provide reconciliation of the processing results of regulatory account fund transfer scenarios to the national comprehensive platform for off campus education, training, supervision, and services. Our bank's system uploads the reconciliation file to the designated server of the business supervision platform, and sends a notification online to the platform.
####（13） Push logs and report queries
Provide it to branch personnel to query the transaction status pushed by the national comprehensive platform for supervision and service of off campus education and training, and provide statistical reports of different dimensions.
