Introduction

Lean Communication is divided into five functional modules: Curriculum, Improvement Circle, Community, Activities, and Enterprise Edition (Improvement+Equipment).
The course section can learn professional knowledge taught by lean experts through reading articles, listening to audio, watching videos, and watching live broadcasts; The improvement circle section can facilitate lean thinking exchange and collision with lean enthusiasts through messaging, interaction, questioning, and Q&A; The community section can join lean organizations from different industries and regions, and discuss lean practices with like-minded individuals; The activity section allows participants to participate in salons, forums, and other lean related events across the country, and engage in face-to-face communication and benchmarking with peers; The enterprise version assists enterprises in digital transformation, combines theory with practice, helps enterprises implement a mechanism for improving all employees and equipment management, and truly implements lean equipment management.
