Update the image help_seeking_path.png in the tutorial Seeking Help and Support, you can use Edraw, PPT or any other tools to draw pictures. The image should be edited according to the Image Specifications. Then submit it to https://gitee.com/mindspore/docs/blob/master/docs/note/source_zh_cn/images/help_seeking_path.png.

Please submit the origin image file to the same path as well for subsequent modification.
