MindSpore Usability SIG

Vision and Goals

As a bridge to developers, usability SIG's goal is to work with developers to build AI frameworks that are easy to learn, easy to use, flexible and efficient, and continue to improve the usability of MindSpore to help developers succeed.

• The Usability SIG is a channel for listening developer's voice, where you can directly request improvements for MindSpore usability, which will be fed back to the MindSpore community for evaluation.

• The Usability SIG is also a channel for providing help for developers, you can get support when learning and using MindSpore, e.g., documentation information experience, installation, API usage, grammar/model/operator support, error message, etc. When you have any questions, you can ask here, SIG will help you through the community supporting.

• The Usability SIG is also a learning and communicating platform for developers, SIG provides various technical activities, including showcase of usability related features, AI engineering methods and industry best practices introduction, advanced technolgies introduction, and developers case/experience sharing. We can also work together to develop AI robot for MindSpore Q&A, so that AI can benefit every developer. After all, it is our biggest wish to make developers learning easier and working happier.

• Opportunities to expand its influence in the open source community: you're welcome to MindSpore usability improvements to provide your opinions and suggestions, could be adopted by the community, you can also contribute your code and technical summary, to accumulate the developing experience in the open source project, and to expand influence in the open source community which ranked first in gitee index;
• Opportunities to learn about industry best practices and advanced technologies in academia: machine learning design patterns, static and dynamic graph unification, functional programming, developer experience research... So much to talk about;
• Systematic learning resources: AI engineer knowledge map, MindSpore Practical technology resources collection... Help you from zero basic AI development, and gradually grow into a senior AI engineer;
• Rich practical opportunities: Develop MindSpore knowledge answering robot together, learn and develop various practical cases together, you can also grow into a giant AI development, and share your story!
