OffDutyTime

Description

统计每天的下班打卡时间，计算出当前月平均下班时间。

规则：只统计18:00～24:00之间的下班打卡时间，排除下午请假以及休假的无效数据。

实现：当月截止到所填写最后一天的平均下班时间；可以清除本月所填写数据，开启下一月填写。
