Snmp Mib文件解析，通过解析结果，可以完成以下功能： 1.生成C++业务对象，并且其提供BuildGetPdu,BuildSetPdu, ParserPdu等接口，SNMP库默认使用ACE中自带的ASNMP库，可以轻松的切换到SNMP++库。 2.生成proto文件，用于google protobuf通信。 3.生成C#业务逻辑对象、业务逻辑对象和protobuf消息的编解码，适合客户端 4.生成xmal界面 5.通过trait可以扩展生成其它语言（java，python）等业务对象
