feat+refactor: command-execute-docker 用例(基于 docker 并发执行包测试) (Refs #IJV5J9) · Pull Request !9 · OpenCloudOS Testing/yum-ci-pkg-test

## 背景
原 `testcase/command-execute-docker.sh` 为单条 docker run 全量跑批,
存在三个核心问题:
1. 包数量大时无法并发,单条 docker run 串行执行耗时长
2. 容器内逻辑与 host 脚本混在一起,任何函数定义微调都会导致容器内
   awk 抽函数体失败,出现"明明改对了 host 但容器内跑的是老代码"的
   隐性 bug
3. systemd 不可用的镜像(如 minimal image)会让 service 测试 100% 失败,
   但脚本没有任何兑底

本次 PR 一次性解决以上三个问题,并基于已通过 review 的反馈做了
整体重构。

## 主要功能(本次引入)
- **并发执行**: 支持 `-j N` 并发桶数,默认 2;`-b N` 每桶包数,默认 10;
  把 pkg-list 切成多个 batch 后并发 `docker run`
- **可移植容器内脚本**: `command-execute-docker-container.sh` 独立维护,
  host 脚本通过 `docker run ... bash -s` 注入,不再用 awk 抽函数体
- **5 列结果矩阵**: install / cmd / svc / remove 各自 PASS/FAIL/SKIP
  + 命令/服务返回值,写入 result.txt 后由 tst_main 解析
- **白名单机制**: desktop-white.pkg / service-need-special.pkg
  分桶处理,分别测试桌面环境包与服务特殊处理包
- **多项开关**: `--enable-systemd` / `--no-privileged` / `--offline` /
  `--no-run` (dry-run) / `--help`

## 重构与修复(review 反馈)

## 验证(已跑通)
### 单元/函数层
- 参数解析: `--help` / 缺参 / 互斥 / 数值 / 非法字符 / 未知选项 / 文件不存在
  全部分类正确,返回码符合预期
- `ccd_split`: 100 包→10 batch;101 包→9 batch×11 + 1 batch×2,均匀
- `ccd_finalize_report`: 全 6 类桶(install/cmd/svc/remove/skip-cmd/
  skip-svc/batch-fail)分类正确,统计对账 PASS

### 真实执行层(本机 bash,无 docker daemon)
- 5 包 `zip unzip gzip xz bzip2` install + cmd + remove 全 PASS
- systemd 兑底日志正确输出 (`systemctl: not found` 场景降级为 SKIP:NOSYSTEMD)
- 并发 `-j 2` 多个 batch 真实并行启动(`running=2/2` 阶段可观察到)

### 完整 e2e(带 docker 环境)
- 待 reviewer 在带 docker daemon 的镜像上复跑

  动基线;后续单独立 PR 清理
- 完整 docker e2e 需在带 dockerd 的环境复跑,本次 PR 已提供完整验证
  命令供 reviewer 使用
