**[Background]**
* This change revive our clang-format check.
* This change also alleviate following type of problem in our existing checker:
  * The left brace of the function should start a new line. (occurs 442 times)
  * Current line length is ... which is more than 120 characters. (occurs 176 times)
  * Should add spaces after keyword-if. (occurs 53 times)
  * Do not add blank lines on the start of a code block defined by braces. (occurs 8 times)
  * Do not add blank lines on the end of a code block defined by braces. (occurs 6 times)

**[Root Cause]**
* Previously the .clang-format has multiple duplicate entry and we can't use this.

**[Changes Made]**
* Adopt latest .clang-format from mysql-server: https://github.com/mysql/mysql-server/blob/trunk/.clang-format
  * following change made:
    * ColumnLimit: 80 -> 120
    * BreakBeforeBraces: Attach -> WebKit
      * fit our existing checker
* `find . -regex '.*\.\(cpp\|hpp\|cc\|cxx\)' -exec clang-format -style=file -i {} \;` to apply change on all code.
