I found some SIGs are adding committers recently. And some new SIGs with new projects(repos) are being created. Even it is in very early stage of the community, I think we'd better to have a governance to make such changes serious. 1. While applying the new SIG, send email to notify the teams, including tc, dev, related projects team like kernel. 2. encourage them to give comments on your proposed changes, like +1, -1. 3. ask tc or sig team to approve or reject.
