What happened:
sigs have their mail lists in README.md, this will be printed on website(https://openeuler.org).
however, some of them are incorrect. they are:

I am so sorry to @ you all that only hope that could it be possible to check whether the mail list in sig README is right or not.
please feel free to open issue on infrastructure for new channel if you think it need. but I would strongly recommend to use dev@openeuler.org. thanks so much

@freesky-edward oh, I am sorry the mail sig-ai-bigdata@openeuler.org doesn't work, and how to apply the mail.
And by the way, do we have a net disk like google doc or office365, which helps sig members on document collaboration for we have some powerpoint and word docs.
