请求减小openEuler容器镜像image的大小

以上是各个ARM架构下主流操作系统的容器镜像比较，不要求达到ubuntu这样的100MB以下，那么是否可以达到CentOS这样的水平呢？没有一个小的的openEuler base image，导致在其上发布的软件image的尺寸也都很大。
