[DB SIG][Figuring out DB pkg requests] Due to the following DB pkgs plan collection from community towards openEuler 22.03 LTS

Hi, developers or customers in openEuler.

Due to the following openEuler 22.03 LTS version is very close. So I want to raise a discussion in global area to decrease the risk of other pkgs in openEuler.

Now, we have 4 DB-related software/libraries need to be discussed and collect the request from community. Whether we should reserve them in openEuler 22.03 version. I need the persons or customers who use the mentioned ones to consider, please leave you comments here.
1. greenplum（6.17.0）
   https://gitee.com/src-openeuler/gpdb/
   Current 6.17.0 only supports python2 deployment python scripts. 
   
2. postgresql-13 (13.3)  postgresql(10.5 for 20.03 LTS)
   https://gitee.com/src-openeuler/postgresql-13
   https://gitee.com/src-openeuler/postgresql
   Now openEuler 20.03 has 2 versions of PG, PG10.5 and PG13.3.

3. neo4j（4.3.0）
   https://gitee.com/src-openeuler/neo4j
   It was in openEuler 20.03.

4. tidb （4.0.14）
   https://gitee.com/src-openeuler/tidb
   It was in openEuler 20.03.
