glassfish-servlet-api上游已经衰退，glassfish-servlet-api的所有活动现在都在jakarta-servlet（ https://github.com/jakartaee/servlet ）存储库中进行，当前openEuler已引入jakarta-servlet，因此申请glassfish-servlet-api转移入sig-recycle。
