22.03在docker v19.03.14上运行yum update报getaddrinfo() thread failed to start

使用19.03.14版本的docker拉取22.03的openeuler镜像，在容器中使用yum update出现错误

  - Curl error (6): Couldn't resolve host name for http://repo.openeuler.org/openEuler-22.03-LTS-SP1/OS/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml [getaddrinfo() thread failed to start]
Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'OS': Cannot download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were tried
