迁移10款HPC应用，包括：bwa,lammps,gromacs,nwchem,cp2k,eman2,cesm,nemo,wavewatch,opencv 软件功能： bwa是用于将低分叉序列比对到大的参考基因组比如人基因组的软件包。 lammps是一套分子动力学模拟的开源程序包。 gromacs是一个用于分子动力学模拟和能量最小化的计算引擎，其通过牛顿平衡方程来模拟几百到数以百万的原子体系。 nwchem是运行在高性能并行超级计算机和通常工作站集群上的计算化学软件。 cp2k是一个量子化学和固态物理软件包，可以对固态、液态、分子、周期性、材料、晶体和生物系统进行原子模拟。 eman2是一个基础广泛的灰度科学图像处理套件，主要专注于处理来自透射电子显微镜的数据。 cesm是一个完全耦合的地球系统的数值模拟，由大气、海洋、冰、陆地表面、碳循环和其他组成部分组成。 nemo是一个用于海洋学研究，业务海洋学季节预报和气候研究的最先进的建模框架。 wavewatch是一款波浪模拟程序，使用MPI并行库。 opencv是一款开源的图像识别的程序库，广泛用于人脸识别等领域。 迁移的目的：作为高性能计算（HPC）的软件，迁移至鲲鹏920处理器和openEuler-20.0-LTS-sp3系统 迁移的作用：针对鲲鹏920处理器特点，优化代码性能，发挥ARM64架构处理器的算力，与同等X86_64处理器上对应HPC应用的计算效率做对比。 项目背景：华为鲲鹏众智计划项目（HPC迁移）。 实现原理：编写shell语言的bash脚本，编写了《***应用移植指南.docx》和《***应用测试报告.docx》。
