代码拉取完成，页面将自动刷新
背景：
openEuler联合cve-manager开发新的缺陷模板功能，规范相关issue字段填写，用于工具统一收集缺陷，发布缺陷公告
问题现象：
当前的缺陷类型，创建issue时只能使用文本方式提交issue，文本方式限制必填字段，易用性太差，所以提出使用表单方式提交缺陷类型Issue
待确认问题：
1、gitee是否支持在单个仓库下，只有缺陷类型issue可以使用表单方式提交，其他类型issue创建方式不变
2、quickissue页面是否支持使用表单方式提交缺陷类型issue，创建完同步到gitee仓库下
