v1->v2 changes:
1、Patch#2与Patch#7的KABI修改合并后放到最后一个patch;
2、Patch#5中ERRATUM_1980005的is_midr_in_range_list函数添加static inline;
3、按照主线的合入顺序进行patches的排序。
