树莓派400中，使用 4.19 内核制作的镜像，ifconfig/ip a 命令看不到 wlan0 的信息

描述当前 openEuler 20.03 LTS/20.09/20.03 LTS SP1 都是使用 4.19 的内核，树莓派 400 中找不到 wlan0 信息。

解决方法 需要打补丁 https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=e3062e05e1cfe378bb9b3fa0bef46711372bcf13。

得到反馈：树莓派 4.19 内核分支已不继续维护，可以自行打补丁。已向 openEuler 提 issue：4.19 内核添加补丁，支持新固件。

openEuler 20.03 LTS（4.19.90）/20.09（4.19.140）内核已合入该补丁，该问题修复，该 issue 关闭。
