修复-L模式扩容后备机的application_name未修改的问题 · Pull Request !398 · openGauss/openGauss-OM

问题根因：-L模式下扩容并没有修改新扩容节点的application_name
解决方案：修改新扩容节点的application_name

自验结果：
-L 模式扩容
