Support dynamic imports and calls · Pull Request !406 · OpenHarmony-SIG/arkcompiler_ets_frontend

Support following dynamic features:
* imports
    * Supported `dynamicPaths` compiler option in arktsconfig.json:
    ```
    {
        "compilerOptions": {
            ...
            "dynamicPaths": {
                "dynamic_js_import_tests": {"language": "js", "hasDecl": false}
            }
        }
    }
    ```
    Currently declarations for dynamic imports (`"hasDecl": true` in the config file) is not supported
    
    Implementation details:
    - Introduced `ETSImportDeclaration` that has information about language
    - Binder keeps all dynamic imports in the separate container
    - Added information about language to the `ETSDynamicType` and make it language agnostic
    - Introduced `ETSBinder::AddDynamicSpecifiersToTopBindings` that creates local variable for the dynamic import specifier
    - Introduced `ETSGen::LoadDynamicModuleVariable` and `ETSGen::LoadDynamicNamespaceVariable`
    - Introduced `ETSChecker::BuildDynamicImportClass` that is called after program is checked and build synthetic imports class `$dynmodule`

* calls (including constructor ones)
    * Introduced `ETSChecker::ResolveDynamicCallExpression` that generates intrinsic for the current callsite and returns it's signature. Checker keeps all such intrinsics in the separate container and use it for deduplication
    * Introduced `ETSChecker::BuildDynamicCallClass` that is called after program is checked and build synthetic calls class or new class. Class name for particular languages specified in the `signatures.yaml` in `dynamiclangs` part. For js it's `$jscall` and jsnew` correspondingly.

* operator[]
    * Introduced `ETSGen::StoreElementDynamic` and `ETSGen::LoadElementDynamic`
    * Supported dynamic cases in `ETSLReference` and `MemberExpression`

Imported entities can be used as types. In this example `let o: B` is equivalent to `let o: JSValue`
