Support abc2program dump refactor · Pull Request !1472 · OpenHarmony/arkcompiler_runtime_core

本pr没有新增字段解析，将dump的失败用例从54下降到了24
主要修改点如下：
1. 将program_dump拆分成 annotation_dump、dump_utils、field_dump.cpp、function_dump、record_dump、program_dump 6部分
2. 补齐文件头的版本注释
3. 将abc_class_processor里面的pandasm::Record record局部变量升级成pandasm::Record record_ 私有成员
4. 将abc_code_processor里面的jump_inst_idx缓存到jump_inst_idx_vec_；以此来减少addLabel的时候对指令的遍历
5. 将abc_code_processor里面的inst_idx inst_pc的类型从size_t变更为uint32_t
6. 在abc_code_processor里面增加对curr_catch_end_pc_ 合法性进行校验，curr_catch_end_pc_ < ins_size_才视为合法的，只有curr_catch_end_pc_时，才生成catch_end_label，否则catch_end_label为空字符串
7. 将abc_field_processor里面的pandasm::Field field局部变量升级成pandasm::Field field_ 私有成员
8. 删除abc_file_processor里面的 module_data_accessor_私有成员，把它放进abc_module_array_processor里面
9. 将abc_file_processor里面对于普通Literal Array和Module Literal Array的处理逻辑从for循环中剥离，封装成函数
10. FillFunctionKind的时候，相关的常量直接从file_items.h里面取，将相关重复定义删除
11. 在abc_module_array_processor里面把 request_modules_offset.size() static_cast到uint32_t；把request_module_idx static_cast到uint16_t
12. 修改HelloWorld.js里面的代码告警
