优化rk3568 5.10 init启动时间

### 描述（做了什么，变更了什么）
在内核线程里异步预先加载do_wait_for_random_bytes，提前初始化random驱动input_pool池，避免sdc init_global_key出现长时间的卡顿，缩短系统进入的时间。[详细分析过程](https://laval.csdn.net/665835ae5eb5ae7f64191695.html)
