Hi all,

This PR introduces the initial implementation of the control panel, 
a user-friendly UI-based configuration software.

I've supported firewall module. And package management module is WIP, close
to completion.These modules are developed using modern C++ and provide both
GUI and TUI to enhance usability and accessibility across different environments.

Key features include:

- Firewall Module: Allows users to configure firewall settings,
including opening and closing ports for better security management.
- Package Management Module: Provides functionalities for listing,
installing, and uninstalling software packages directly from the control panel.

The implementation follows a modular approach, ensuring scalability
and easy maintenance for future extensions.
This setup aims to reduce user learning curves, minimize
configuration errors, and streamline common server management tasks.

I also build docs and use clang-tidy, clang-format to improve code quality.
CMake is the build system for this project.
For dependency, I lock the most important libyui version in deps, to ensure
reliability.

The core design principle is separation of frontend and backend.
Frontend wraps libyui to ensure same UI style for user, and enforces features
like searching, saving changes, go back.
Backend uses different libraries to implement control features, like libiptc
for firewall and libdnf for package management.
I also leverages gtest for backend testing, which improve code's reliabilty.
