feat(extension): add graphical project directory picker · Pull Request !133 · UBML/code-agent

## Motivation

Project selection currently relies on path entry and does not provide a complete graphical directory-browsing flow.

## Changes

- Add a graphical directory picker with breadcrumbs, parent/home/recent shortcuts, recursive search, and absolute-path entry.
- Support Windows drive roots, POSIX paths, and UNC paths through reusable pure path helpers.
- Require a successful direct directory listing before selection; search results cannot bypass validation.
- Surface path metadata and directory listing failures with visible retry states.
- Add OpenSpec proposal, design, specification, and completed task checklist.

## Verification

- `bun test packages/extension/src/lib/dir-browser-path.test.ts packages/extension/test/browser-import-boundary.test.ts packages/extension/test/vite-dependency-resolver.test.ts` - 17 passed, 0 failed.
- `npx --yes @fission-ai/openspec@latest validate add-graphical-directory-picker --strict` - valid.
- Prettier check with the repository source style (`--no-semi --print-width 120`) - passed.
- `git diff --check origin/main...HEAD` - passed.
- Two independent code reviews reported no Critical or Important findings.

## Known repository baseline limitations

- The full Windows repository typecheck is not green because of the tracked `packages/app/src/custom-elements.d.ts` symlink representation and pre-existing extension errors; the reported errors are outside the files changed by this PR.
- The extension build reaches module transformation and then hits the existing happy-dom browser-bundling `Buffer` export issue.
