望文生义，即web拷贝者，能轻松复制html，以及css，不过这算不上什么，这个项目的神奇之处在于自动下载html或css中所引用的所有资源，在本地归类放好，同时修改html/css中的引用地址，保存到本地的html能完全脱网打开，写这个脚本的目的其实是为我另外一个项目作铺垫的，为我的静态博客程序快速制作模版
