新增“微信公众号文章下载”与“公众号已读标记”能力，并加强旧版本升级兼容、阅读标记稳定性、版本提示和打包发布完整性。

  - 修复导入任务自动打开公众号文章时，已读标记可能误判为用户已读的问题
  - 修复旧版主数据库缺少字段时，升级初始化可能先创建索引而失败的问题
  - 修复数据库迁移备份文件可能反复创建的问题，减少重复备份噪声

#### 📝 提示
  - 公众号下载结果会保存为 Markdown 与 MHTML，实际效果可能受文章结构、图片加载和网络环境影响
  - “公众号已读标记”需要配合本地服务与 Chrome 扩展使用，只在本机记录和展示阅读状态。且仅适用于旧版微信(版本v3.9.x)。
  - 运行中的自动导入任务，程序会尽量避免把自动打开的文章误记为已读；暂停导入任务后继续阅读新文章，则可按人工阅读记录。
  - 老用户首次升级到 v1.0.3 时，程序可能会创建配置或数据库迁移备份，这是为了保护旧版本数据。

Adds WeChat Official Account article downloading and read-status marking, while improving upgrade compatibility, read-marker stability, release notices, and packaging completeness.

  - Improved upgrade compatibility by backfilling new settings and creating backups before required database migrations
  - Improved build and packaging configuration so new modules, extension assets, dependencies, and version metadata are included
  - Improved minimize to tray when closing

  - Fixed read-marker records being incorrectly created when import tasks automatically open WeChat articles
  - Fixed legacy main-database upgrades that could fail when indexes were created before missing fields were added
  - Fixed repeated creation of database migration backup files

#### 🐛 Note
  - Markdown and MHTML output may vary depending on article structure, image loading, and network conditions
  - WeChat Read Marker works with a local service and Chrome extension. Reading status is recorded and displayed locally on the user's machine.And only applicable to the old version of WeChat (version v3.9.x).
  - During automated import tasks, We2Ima avoids marking auto-opened articles as read. If the task is paused and the user continues reading the current article, it can be treated as manual reading.
  - When upgrading to v1.0.3 for the first time, the app may create settings or database migration backups to protect older user data.
