element-ui的树形控件默认展开节点的属性为default-expand-all和default-expanded-keys
同时需要设置check-strictly属性为true所有节点才能被选择，否则只有子节点能被选择
只给infra和system模块添加了check-strictly属性，其他模块没用不确定是否需要
