Nmonpy GUI版本
基于python开发的nmon分析工具，该工具脱离了excel的束缚，避免了一些分析nmon时出现的未知excel故障，特别是提高了稳定性场景nmon分析效率，使用本工具基本上秒分析，速度很快。
首先分析8583位图，然后对8583报文进行自动化拆分。分别作了两个版本：for windows 和 for LINUX。
