docs: add OrcaRouter as a named OpenAI-compatible model provider · Pull Request !2 · Bytedance Inc./deer-flow

**[OrcaRouter](https://www.orcarouter.ai)** is an OpenAI-compatible LLM routing gateway. This PR adds OrcaRouter as a named model provider in the configuration examples, mirroring the existing OpenAI / OpenRouter / Novita gateway entries.

It also runs gateway-level, zero-trust security for AI agents on the same endpoint — screening every prompt/response and governing every tool call on a default-deny basis, with no application code changes.

## What changed

- `config.example.yaml`: add a commented OrcaRouter model example (`orcarouter/auto` router id, `base_url: https://api.orcarouter.ai/v1`, `api_key: $ORCAROUTER_API_KEY`) in the `models:` section, next to the existing OpenAI / OpenRouter / Ollama examples.
- `backend/docs/CONFIGURATION.md`: add OrcaRouter to the **Supported Providers** list and add a named OrcaRouter entry to the OpenAI-compatible gateways example block.

OrcaRouter is an OpenAI-compatible gateway, so it plugs into the existing `langchain_openai:ChatOpenAI` model class via `base_url` — no code change required.

## Validation

- Verified the OrcaRouter endpoint with a real chat completion to `https://api.orcarouter.ai/v1` using the `orcarouter/auto` router id: HTTP 200 with an OpenAI-compatible `chat.completion` response.
- `config.example.yaml` change is comment-only (all new lines are commented examples), so the config template remains valid YAML.
- Docs-only change: no runtime behavior affected.
