To be honest the code is quite dirty, especially the last one, which isn't proper at all; more proper PCIe setup refactor may be needed to fit the small 384MB BAR of K1 PCIe C (PCIe A/B has only 256M total MMIO space, and AMD GPUs usually require a little more than 256M (PCIe config space takes space too), so these two controllers are not possible).

Tested on R5 240 w/o the last patch, and RX540 with it, using the mini PCIe slot on deb1.
