文件解析库，支持ini文件和二进制文件。例如写一个数据结构体到一个二进制文件中，也可以轻松的将二进制文件中的内容读到数据结构体中。util目录下有相应的示例程序，多看看示例程序，正所谓榜样的力量是无穷的。
