Installation

1、第一次使用，cmd下查看python版本号（注意V大写） python -V 如报：“'python' 不是内部或外部命令，也不是可运行的程序或批处理文件。”

安装:/demo_if/安装包/python-3.74.exe 勾选Add Python 3.7 to PATH——coustomize installation——next——勾选Install for all users——Install——安装完成

2，当前文件夹cmd下 pip install --no-index --find-links=./your_offline_packages/ -r requestment.txt
