feat(ai): add OrcaRouter as a named LLM provider · Pull Request !1 · letsmagic/magic

[OrcaRouter](https://www.orcarouter.ai) is an OpenAI-compatible LLM routing gateway. This PR adds OrcaRouter as a named provider, mirroring the existing OpenRouter integration.

It also runs gateway-level, zero-trust security for AI agents on the same endpoint — screening every prompt/response and governing every tool call on a default-deny basis, with no application code changes.

Changes:
- `backend/magic-service/app/Domain/Provider/Entity/ValueObject/ProviderCode.php`: add an `OrcaRouter` provider code (mapped to the OpenAI-compatible `OpenAIModel`, sorted alongside OpenRouter).
- `backend/magic-service/app/Application/Provider/Official/ServiceProviderInitializer.php`: seed a named **OrcaRouter** LLM provider entry (category `llm`), mirroring the existing OpenRouter entry.

Verification:
- PHP structural syntax check passed on both modified files (no PHP interpreter available in this environment; the added code mirrors the existing OpenRouter provider pattern exactly).
- L3 live test: `POST https://api.orcarouter.ai/v1/chat/completions` with model `orcarouter/auto` returned HTTP 200 with a normal chat completion (routed to gemini-3.1-flash-lite), confirming the OpenAI-compatible endpoint this provider uses is reachable.

When configured, users select **OrcaRouter** as the provider, set the base URL to `https://api.orcarouter.ai/v1`, and use an OrcaRouter API key (`sk-orca-*`).
