[CT][MS][aoe]aoe对接ge，不设置环境变量报错

aoe对接ge流程，不设置以下环境变量，会报错：
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/Ascend/latest/lib64:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
