**What type of PR is this?**

**What does this PR do / why do we need it**:
- in yolov3 feed mode, when iterator dataset, end jump out when index meet 10, then do analyse; this is unable to save dataset profiling file first, as the condition( thread interupted or tree finised) unable to meet
- in this way with add stop_dataset_profiler option, it will break the while loop and save dataset profiling file normally
